About us.

Irvine-Clark is led by Vicky Clark who has more than twenty years’ experience in regeneration and economic development. Vicky has held senior roles in local and regional government in and around London, most recently as Corporate Director of Inclusive Economy and Housing Delivery for Newham Council. She is recognised as a changemaker, bringing a fresh energy and perspective to longstanding challenges.

Vicky has worked on economic development and regeneration projects at all scales, from managing London’s employment programme for the 2012 games to the recent reopening of Stratford Market Village, and from the refurbishment of a community arts facility to the £1bn regeneration of the Carpenters Estate.

This makes Vicky at home in a variety of settings, and able to hear and reflect local concerns while keeping sight of the big picture. The visions and strategies which Vicky creates are always ambitious, but never unrealistic.

Vicky puts together bespoke teams for each client assignment, drawing on her established network of partner firms and associates in areas as diverse as culture-led placemaking and macro-economic analysis.
